ISG eyes up Birmingham investments
Office fit-out and construction company ISG has moved into new premises in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter. The London-based company said the move “signalled its intention to take a growing share of the construction and fit-out market across the Midlands”.
ISG said the move into 40 St Paul’s Square will allow it to grow its team to support the company’s regional growth. The construction business has recently completed developments in the city including the £24m Gateway College relocation, the £8.3m Hinckley College campus scheme and £5.5m Shrewsbury Music Hall redevelopment.
Jonathan Kell, ISG’s regional managing director, said: "We have worked hard over the last seven years to establish ISG as a highly professional, trusted and innovative construction and fit out partner within the Midlands.
"Building strong and beneficial relationships with our clients is central to the business, as is the desire to become an integrated and valued part of the community, generating prosperity and opportunities for local people."
