William Davis Homes launches marketing suite
Leicestershire property company William Davis Homes has launched a new marketing suite on its Grange Park private housing scheme in Loughborough. The marketing suite will be a permanent base for sales co-ordinators as well as provide an information centre for future phases on the scheme.
The suite will house site plans and property floorplans as well as an "options centre" for potential buyers to view kitchens, ceramic tiles, flooring, fabrics and other interior design features.
Ann Edwards, sales and marketing manager at William Davis Homes, said: “With such a diverse range of house types available at Grange Park, we thought it appropriate to centralise our resources and make the buying process as simple as possible for our customers. The new marketing suite facilitates more choice for buyers, thus enabling them to truly personalise their new home.”
William Davis Homes is currently working on phase four of its Grange Park site. The new development will include 102 additional homes, ranging from two bedroom coach houses through to five bedroom detached properties.
