Sudafix makes Eastwood link
Nottingham-based earthing, grounding and lightning protection consultants, FM Sudafix Group, has taken a 1,773 sq ft unit at William Davis’s Eastwood Link Office Park. The new site will officially open in October.
Steve Hutchinson, group chief executive at FM Sudafix, said the decision to purchase an additional site was prompted by the company’s continued expansion.
He added: “With signs that the UK economy, especially in the construction sector, is bouncing back, we are putting the resource behind our Nottingham branch to ensure that our successes continue.”
Stewart Kellie, senior surveyor at William Davis added: “Despite the difficult market conditions we are delighted to have secured FM Sudafix to Eastwood Link. They are yet another high-profile business who has been attracted to the Park’s strategic location and the competitive terms which are being offered by our agents.
"We have a number of office buildings currently available for immediate occupation and further information is available from the marketing agents Savills or NG chartered surveyors.”
