Lovell appoints Stirzaker
Janet Stirzaker has been appointed by Sandiacre-based affordable housing specialist Lovell as business development manager for the East Midlands and South Yorkshire.
Stirzaker joins from Kier Partnership Homes where she was development manager and bid manager.
In her new role, based at the Lovell office for Nottingham, at Interchange 25, Bostocks Lane, Sandiacre, Stirzaker will head the company’s continuing expansion across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire region.
She will also identify further opportunities for new-build contracting, mixed tenure regeneration and housing refurbishment schemes in partnership with local authorities and housing associations.
Prior to her role at Kier Partnership Homes, Stirzaker worked as senior business development manager for Gleeson Regeneration and as project coordinator for housing regeneration for Nottingham City Council.
