Property service launched by Challinors White
Halesowen-based law firm and estate agency practice Challinors White & Billingham has launched a new package of support for private and business property investors and developers. The Property-Pro helpline offers local property investors instant access to advice.
Managing partner Raj Bains, who heads the new service, said: “Whilst the property market still presents an attractive proposition for investors despite the current economic climate, there are numerous legal and administrative obstacles they must be mindful of, whether they are already an established property developer or landlord, or thinking about breaking into the property market for the first time.
