Langleys hires Cross
Lincoln-based law firm Langleys has appointed Tim Cross to head its real estate division. Cross leaves his role as director and head of commercial property at law firm Lupton Fawcett, where he was also a member of the management and strategy boards.
Cross has 20 years’ experience in the real estate sector. In his previous role Cross acted for commercial and residential developers, investors and national retailers.

Langleys’ 12-strong real estate team covers both commercial and residential real estate work and has close links with primary lending institutions and the principal commercial agents in both the regional and national markets.
Cross, who has 20 years’ experince in the real estate sector, said that he was happy to be contributing towards the firm’s “further growth”.
