Council opens business hub
Lincolnshire County Council has opened its £4.3m innovation centre in Market Deeping. Eventus will provide office space for up to 36 small or medium-sized businesses, as well as conferencing and meeting rooms.
Prospective tenants and businesses looking to hire conferencing space are being invited to view the building at an open evening on 15 September.
Eventus is situated on the Northfields Industrial Estate, and is managed by the county council.
Shelagh Coates, investment and marketing manager at Invest Lincolnshire, said: “Eventus is just the latest in a countywide network of business innovation and incubation centres that is being created in Lincolnshire.
“This new facility will have a positive impact on the economy of South Kesteven and the Deepings by encouraging the creation of small to medium-sized businesses and creating jobs."
