NMC wins £4m contracts
The highways division of Nottinghamshire-based North Midland Construction has been awarded a range of new contracts which have a combined value of over £4m, three of which are in Lincolnshire.
The first contract is for Lincolnshire County Council and The Harvest Partnership, which will see the highways division carry out junction improvements at Tritton Road for a new Sainsbury’s store development.
The second deal was signed with North Kesteven District Council for improvements to Holdingham footbridge, to incorporate it into a new walking and cycling route in conjunction with sustainable transport charity Sustrans and the Big Lottery Fund.
A third Lincolnshire-based project has been awarded to NMC by Taylor Wimpey Homes to improve Springfield Road in Grantham for a new housing development. Works are due to commence at the start of September and be completed within 28 weeks.
