NDC Consultants signs Apex Park lease
Telecommunications survey and design company NDC Consultants has signed a ten-year lease on the fourth building of the Mucklow’s Apex Park in Worcester. The building will give the company more than double the space occupied at its previous Brindley Court premises.
The 4,539 sq ft self-contained office building also contains 16 car parking spaces.
Richard Gill, Finance and Commercial Director at NDC Consultants, said: “Building four provides more than double the space we previously occupied, as well as the extra parking required for our team.
"We now have over 30 members of staff and have aspirations to expand our workforce within the coming year to take full advantage of our new high quality offices.”
Existing tenants at Apex Park include Nexus Housing and Ashley House.
Joint agents on the scheme are GVA Grimley and Harris Lamb.
