ZombieTuesday leaves Long Eaton

Share | |

ZombieTuesday is moving from Long Eaton to Velocity House in Sheffield. The web design company says it has chosen the South Yorkshire city for its new offices to bring an "alternative twist to the renowned creative industries of the city".

The business is run by 39-year-old Martyn ZombieTuesday, who says he changed his name two years ago from Martyn Bowkett during a "moment of madness", and 28-year-old Ramsay Taylor.

ZombieTuesday has designed websites for music and media organisations such as Salvation Media, the Creative Campus Initiative, and Sheffield-based VAT Solutions.

ZombieTuesday said: "Sheffield has long been known for having its finger on the pulse of modern technology and creativity, which made it the ideal base for our business. Sheffield has a great deal of potential and a lot of new inward investment so we hope to be a part of this success.”

ZombieTuesday told Insider he changed his surname from Bowkett two years ago "on a whim". He says he has fully changed personal information including his name on bank cards.
