Barker Ross launches agricultural division
Recruitment agency Barker Ross has launched an agricultural division at its Lincoln office. The new sector will be headed by Rachel McCarthy who joins Barker Ross from Staffline in Lincoln.
Based at Barker Ross’s High Street office, McCarthy will also be involved in clerical and permanent executive recruitment in Lincolnshire.
Barker Ross said the expansion is in response to growing demand for its services from local farming, food production and agricultural businesses.
McCarthy said: “Being involved in the setting up of Barker Ross’ agricultural division is a wonderful opportunity. I have wide experience of Lincolnshire’s agricultural sector and many contacts in farming gained over many years.
"This is an exciting new development which will help Barker Ross grow in an industry sector in which it is already well represented.”
