The University of Wolverhampton Business School has appointed a new dean. Anthea Gregory is currently the deputy dean of the Hull University Business School and will start work in Wolverhampton in December.

Dr Gregory was previously associate dean of postgraduate and professional programmes at the University of Wolverhampton Business School from 2000 to 2003.

Dr Gregory said: “I have been greatly impressed by the investment and changes that have occurred at the university since I have been away. I am excited about returning to the university and want to harness the enterprising spirit of the school to connect with business and provide a rich learning experience for students.”

Staff and students at the business school recently completed a move to the university’s city campus from their previous bases at Telford and Compton.

Dr Gregory added: “The business school has always been a great place to work and study but moving to the centre of the city will put it at the heart of the business community and provide students with a fantastic learning environment.”
