Kitchen company leases showroom
Kitchen Cucina, the Leamington Spa-based kitchen showroom, has taken a 10-year lease on premises in Regent Court. The property in the town will be turned into a kitchen showroom for the company’s Italian units.
The property was leased from landlord Zurich Assurance.
Cheryl Graham and Simon Armstrong, directors of Kitchen Cucina, will use the showroom as a base for selling high value Scavolini units.
West Midlands solicitor Alsters Kelley, which has offices in Leamington Spa, Coventry and Nuneaton, represented the tenant company.
Andrew Watts, associate at Alsters Kelley, said: “It is encouraging to see new retail businesses opening here. We hope it is a sign of things to come. We are very keen to support and assist new businesses starting up in the town.”
The letting agents for Regent Court are Wareing and Company.
