Tayton on board at AVA
AVA PR has added Michelle Tayton to its business development team. Tayton joins the Leicestershire and Nottingham based company from the Ocean Media Group, where she worked for more than 12 years.
At Ocean Media, Tayton managed the annual Event Production Show in London’s Olympia and published Access All Areas, the event industry magazine. Her new role will invole expanding the company’s reach to new and diverse markets including corporate publishing.
Tayton said: “Despite the downturn, AVA PR is still in business and experiencing high demand for their services. I am looking forward to presenting new opportunities to the business and helping to develop the firm’s reach to the region.”
She added: “Having worked with AVA PR ‘on the other side of the fence’ for many years, I have always found the organisation highly creative yet skilled and pragmatic in all aspects of the ‘dark art’ of PR.”
