Healthy new business win for Innes England
Innes England, the East Midlands’ commercial property agent, has been appointed by Lloydspharmacy to manage the collection of property income for more than 200 of its sites across the UK. Ten of the properties are based in the East Midlands.
The pharmacy chain previously undertook the rent collection work in-house but has outsourced the responsibility in an effort to save costs and free up resources.
Innes England has offices in Leicester, Derby and Nottingham.
Gary Woodward, director at Innes England, said: "We are delighted to be working with such a prominent brand as Lloydspharmacy. We have been brought in to offer an effective solution to their fund collection needs."
Martin Ebsworth, estates manager at Lloydspharmacy, said: "We were impressed with the commercial approach Innes England presented in their pitch and this move will now allow us to concentrate on our core business activities of proactively managing our UK wide trading pharmacy property portfolio to meet our operational requirements."
