St Modwen has the Quay
Birmingham-based regeneration specialist St Modwen has announced five retail lettings at its £15m development in Connah’s Quay, Flintshire.
Deals have been secured with five new retailers at the six-acre district centre: Greggs, Bargain Booze, Just Go Travel, Corbett bookmakers and Barnardos.
The development, known as Quay Shopping Centre, will create around 300 new retail jobs and is anchored by a 52,000 sq ft Morrisons food store. It includes an additional 12 retail units, 325 car parking spaces, improved pedestrian public transport links.
The latest tenants will join retailers already signed up for the Ffordd Llanarth development, which include Connah’s Quay MOT Testing Centre and national homeware retailer Home Bargains. Cheetham & Mortimer are the letting agents on Connah’s Quay.
