Three new appointments for Develop Training
Derby-based Develop Training, technical skills training provider, has made three new appointments to its electrical, water and streetworks divisions.
Mark Dougall joins Develop Training as director for electrical, mechanical and building services. Dougall, who has 15 years' experience in HR, learning and development, previously spent three years as client partner at global HR consultancy Penna. During his time at Penna, he worked with clients who were downsizing and transitioning employees out of the business.
Dougall’s new role will allow him to use his experience in people development while growing revenues and increasing new business within the division.
He said: “Develop Training has a reputation as a leader in its field and I am excited about building on this as part of my role here. As well as growing the electrical division I will also be exploring additional income streams including apprenticeships, new product development such as renewable energy and new geographic markets in London and the south east.
"This growth needs to be achieved whilst maintaining both our high quality and success standards and this is a challenge I am very much looking forward to.”
Two additional appointments include Dave Warburton joining as streetworks manager and Mick Wright recruited to the position of water operations manager.
