White joins Deloitte Birmingham
Professional services firm Deloitte has appointed Steve White as senior director of its corporate finance advisory team in Birmingham. He joins the team from Deloitte in the South East.
Prior to his Birmingham appointment, White led the firm’s corporate finance team in Cambridge and St Albans for four years.
Darren Boocock, partner and head of the corporate finance advisory team, said: “The sustained pick up in M&A activity in the region over the last six to nine months, and our confidence in the future, suggests that now is the right time to expand our team.”
During his time in the South East, White completed transactions including the buyout of Charterhouse Print Management and the disposal of Pegasus Retirement Homes. He also led Deloitte’s corporate finance automotive sector team.
White said of the corporate finance advisory team: “I have been particularly impressed by the quality and strength of their client relationships. I will bring additional senior expertise to benefit both our clients and deal situations.”
