Acua expands into South West
Acua, the management training and development agency based in Coventry University’s Innovation Village, has expanded into the South West. The company has already won its first contract in the region with Wessex Water.
Acua, which is a corporate training subsidiary of the university, will provide its higher education accredited leadership and management development course to Bath-based Wessex Water.
Stephanie Thompson, a former senior management lecturer at Bath Spa University, has been recruited by Acua to lead the programme at the 2,000-strong company.
She said: “I will be working closely with the team at Wessex Water to mentor them through the programmes which will incorporate modules that centre on real-life work situations and case studies that reflect the team experiences during their day-to-day roles.”
Acua’s clients also include Caterpillar, the AA and Coventry & Warwickshire NHS Partnership Trust.
