De Ville returns to Savills
Tom De Ville will return to Savills’ Nottingham branch this month as a residential valuer, after a stint at Smith and Partners. De Ville is coming back to the firm to specialise in selling residential property across Nottingham and the East Midlands.
At Savills, he will focus on selling suburban and village properties across the area. It comes following recent moves to Cavendish Lettings and Smith and Partners. Chris Charlton, head of the residential team at Savills Nottingham, said he was “happy to have him onboard again”.
De Ville said: “I grew up in the Nottinghamshire area so it’s great to be doing what I love on my home turf. Savills is an international business with a fantastic local presence so I’m looking forward to working with the team again selling some interesting properties in the area.”
