Innes England joins forces with Foxhall Business Centre
Innes England has been appointed to market the Foxhall Business Centre portfolio in Nottingham.
The company has been instructed to market 12 suites across two business centre sites ranging from 174 to 1,070 sq ft, which can been taken as multiple suites for larger requirements.
Existing tenants include Kumon, Harper Collins Publishers, Elegance Fashion & Design, Morrison Facilities Services and Mears Group.
Ann Taylor, of Innes England, said: “We were delighted to receive the new instruction on Foxhall and we have been brought in for our knowledge of the local city centre market and access to potential occupiers. We have a long history with Foxhall, having acquired Hamilton House on Hucknall Road on their behalf a few years prior, which remains 100 per cent occupied.”
