Yates launches recruitment company
The former president of Solihull’s Chamber of Commerce has launched a new recruitment agency.
Sue Yates Personnel specialises in recruiting staff for IT, HR, sales, manufacturing and automotive, sectors and offers a "human resources advisory service".
Yates says the human resources arm of the service will remove the need for employing dedicated staff.
The businesswoman, who recently stepped down as president of the chamber of commerce, said: “There is tremendous competition surrounding recruitment and all its issues so it makes sense to offer a one-stop shop to employers.
“We will offer a single point of contact for specialist companies and agencies throughout the UK so narrowing down an employer’s search to fill a particular vacancy."
Yates operated Ashfield Personnel in Solihull before selling the business in 2008 and has served on the chamber of commerce’s executive council for more than 20 years.
