New property manager at PxP
PxP West Midlands, the regeneration partnership between regional development agency Advantage West Midlands and property investor and developer Langtree, has appointed a new property manager, Christopher Theocharides.
The former residential property manager of City Life Group has been appointed to manage the day-to-day activities of the partnership’s Shropshire and Herefordshire based industrial estates.
Theocharides said of his appointment: "I am looking forward to the challenge of managing commercial units and I am extremely pleased to join PxP West Midlands."
The appointment comes just weeks after the firm announced securing three new property deals at its office development, Element Court in Wolverhampton.
Analysing and testing business Netzsch Geratebau took a 1,780 sq ft office on a six-year lease, along with AMG Consulting Services and an unnamed tenant, with six and five-year leases respectively.
