LLG leaves Northants HQ
Lifestyle Living Group, the UK residential and holiday park specialist, has left Northamptonshire and has relocated its head office to Peterborough.
The group, which was formerly located in Fineshade, Northants, has chosen the Axon Peterborough Business Park in the city for the location of its head office, where it says it can realise its buy and build growth strategy to double the size of its business in the next year.
The new 4,000 sq ft office complex will house the ten head office employees who will manage the £40m asset portfolio of luxury UK parkland developments.
“We are delighted with this new central location. Peterborough itself has a vibrant business community and is ideally situated for the capital, with fantastic road links that also allow us easy access to our many UK developments,” said Lifestyle Living Group owner and chairman Tony Barney.
“We have appointed our new CEO, Peter Andreou, and are about to announce a number of significant acquisitions of rural parkland locations across the UK.”
