Fuse 8 move to AIM
The Birmingham office of law firm Grant Thornton has advised on reverse acquisition which has transferred digital marketing specialist Fuse 8 to AIM.
David White, partner at Grant Thornton, advised on the reverse acquisition of Leeds-based Fuse8 into Award International, which was on the London exchange PLUS. The business was then relisted on AIM.
The Birmingham office of law firm Martineau also advised on the deal.
Fuse8 offers online services including search engine optimisation (SEO) to help its clients market themselves and build up their brands, and has more than 100 clients in the UK, continental Europe and the US including Miele, Manpower, Alton Towers and British Airways.
Grant Thornton is the largest auditor on AIM and is the leading nominated adviser to AIM listed companies.
