Good prospects for Cedar House

Share | |

Derby’s Cedar House Investments has let a 4,500 sq ft unit to MSS Lasers in Prospect Park, the industrial warehousing scheme in Rugby.

Chris Carlisle, managing director of Cedar House Investments, said: “Over the past two years, we have made a strategic decision to develop a portfolio of similar sized schemes at key locations across the Midlands, which are designed to meet modern business requirements and provide a mix of office, industrial/warehousing and retail uses.

"Due to its strategic location, Rugby is dominated by large sites, which tend to be targeted at national operators.

"Prospect Park is unique because it offers local operators the opportunity to rent or buy high quality accommodation that is designed to suit their specific needs, while still taking advantage of the site’s excellent location. I am delighted with the success of the scheme, especially in light of the market conditions and I am pleased to announce that the scheme is now fully occupied."
