Minivator triumphs at BVCA awards
Minivator, the stairlift manufacturer and installer based in Kingswinford was one of six Midlands firms to receive an honour at the BVCA Portfolio Company Management (PCM) Awards 2010.
The firm won the award for Private Equity-backed Team of the Year (mid market) at the event, which celebrates the successes and achievements of the management teams of companies which have received private equity and venture capital financing.
Other Midlands-based winners included haulage firm Palletways, which scooped the prize for Environmental, Social & Governance, Team of the Year and St Tropez, the Nottingham-based fake tan specialist, which was named CEO of the year.
