MAN takes on Farnborough Airshow
The West Midlands manufacturing coalition (MAN) will be offering advice to companies in the aerospace sector at the Farnborough International Airshow later this month.
The group, made up of ten engineering companies, will be heading to the event for the first time in a bid to help first and second tier suppliers reduce their costs, develop new products and improve their quality and delivery performance.
The coalition forms a combined international trading group with a £60m turnover.
Ian Wiles, who is leading on the event for MAN, said: “Firms are crying out for supply chain rationalisation and an increasing commitment to cost downs and just-in-time delivery.”
