ESEH purchased in Stirling deal
Leicestershire-based OTTO UK, the waste management and street furniture specialist, has new owners following the acquisition of its parent company Environmental Solutions Europe Holding (ESEH) by Stirling Square Capital Partners.
Luc Muller, general manager of the OTTO Group, said that the sale was “the last step in focusing OTTO's environmental business on the Americas and Asia”.
ESEH, which is based in Germany, employs approximately 900 staff and generated sales of €230m in 2009. It was sold by OTTO group for an undisclosed sum.
