Couch Perry and Wilkes wins hospital job
Couch Perry and Wilkes, the environmental building services consultant with offices in Birmingham and Nottingham, has been appointed by Alder Hey Children’s Foundation Trust to support the procurement of a PFI partner for the development of a state of the art children’s health park.
Keith Terry, director of specialist services at the firm, said: “The trust has set a challenge for its PFI partner to help it achieve a low, preferably near zero, carbon development which fully considers the best modern passive design techniques.”
The Liverpool-based hospital is due for completion in 2014.
