Harvey Ingram helps secure Max Spielmann jobs
The retail team at Midlands’ law firm Harvey Ingram played a role in securing hundreds of jobs across the UK as the Timpson Group completed the strategic acquisition of 175 outlets of photograph development chain Max Spielmann, taking its national portfolio of stores to more than 800. Tricia Davis, Timpson Group property director said the business now has “a substantial retail portfolio by any measure”. Harvey Ingram’s team was headed by retail specialist and associate Caroline Smith.
