Ikano to move to Nottingham’s Southside
Ikano Financial Services is to move its UK headquarters and call centre to the Waterfront House in Nottingham’s Southside new business district. The deal is the largest office letting in Nottingham this year and 250 staff will relocate from Player Court in the city to 17,360 sq ft of office space at Waterfront House. Ikano, originally part of IKEA, will move into two floors at the Waterfront Plaza development which is already home to Ultralase and East Midlands Trains. Agents on the deal were Innes England and FHP. Adam Youatt of Berryman solicitors represented the tenant and Helen Thompson of Muckle solicitors the landlord.
