NHS acquires prime space in Cardinal Square
Derby’s largest city centre office letting for more than a decade has been completed after NHS Derby City leased 31,834 sq ft of accommodation at Cardinal Square which has been refurbished in stages by the owner Nurton Developments. The seven-year lease means Derby’s Primary Care Trust moves from a number of locations into one central site where 350 staff will housed. Its new neighbours will include Derbyshire Constabulary and Derby Homes.
