Christy expands at Central City
Christy Hydraulics, the family-owned supplier of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, industrial and engineering supplies, is taking a unit at Highcross’ Central City industrial estate in Coventry. Highcross has let the 1,229 sq ft unit on a six-year lease at a headline rent of £6.65 per sq ft. Christy has an existing facility at Harbury, near Leamington Spa, which will remain as head office/accounts and pumps and equipment division.
