Shaun McCabe of Browne Jacobson’s banking team led the team advising Santander Corporate Banking, assisted by Faizal Bhana (banking) and Tom Baines (property). It is the second refinancing deal the firm has completed with Santander in as many weeks.

Santander is happy to back this deal given the footprint recycling already has within the UK, being worth £8bn and continuing to grow.
There will be a large number of companies which find that being green leads to higher profits in these eco-conscious days, and Nottinghamshire Recycling is seeking to capitalise on this and expand.
