Etrinsic relocates to One Cranmore Drive
Solihull office scheme One Cranmore Drive has secured the letting of 8,675 sq ft of Grade A space to print management and marketing company extrinsic on a ten-year lease. It joins tenants including Gemstone Financial Management and Convergence Group. Etrinsic has now completed its fit out with a view to accommodating the property this month. Only 20,000 sq ft of space now remains available at the scheme.
