Residential market on the up, says report
The housing market across the English regions will outperform many analyst expectations in 2010 although price growth will slow down as supply picks up and demand reaches a plateau, according to Jones Lang LaSalle’s latest UK Residential Market forecast. In the Midlands, growth has been subdued, but importantly prices are still rising, up 1.2 per cent in the past six months.
