Housing Communications sold to Spiritel
Spiritel, the London provider of telecommunications products and services, has bought Shropshire-based mobile voice and data reseller Housing Communications for £2.1m. Housing Communications has an exclusive contract with the largest procurement agency targeting housing associations. FinnCap advised Spiritel on the deal.
