Plans submitted for new 65-bed Nottingham hotel
Catherine House, the former Nottingham City Council building, may be turned into a 65-bedroom hotel if its new owner gets planning permission. Maber Assocaties, which is acting for Inderjit Johal, has submitted a planning application to turn the run-down building into an 18,299 sq ft hotel in the heart of the historic Lace Market area of the city. The new hotel, if it receives the green light, will be linked to the nearby Days Hotel, says the planning application.
