Birmingham planners regenerate Slough
Commercial property consultant Drivers Jonas Deloitte, based in Birmingham, has received outline planning permission for the first phase of the Britwell and Haymill regeneration project in Slough. The company’s application for redeveloping the 4.06-hectare site includes a shopping centre, community centre and 71 affordable council houses. The company is now working on planning applications for phases two and three of the development.
