Derwent Packaging takes 14,500 sq ft at Denby Hall
Derwent Packaging has taken 14,500 sq ft at Sladen Estates’ and Peveril Securities’ Denby Hall development. The deal follows months of negotiations. Derwent Packaging manufactures point of sale displays for retail clients across the UK. Its new premises incorporate a large boardroom/showroom area, offices for the design team, a mezzanine for some of the lightweight assembly and storage and on-site printing within the main facility. The joint agents on the scheme are CBRE in Sheffield and Birmingham, North Rae Sanders and Innes England Derby.
