Crafty acquisition of online firm

Insider comment:

The deal included the acquisition of all of Crafty Computer Paper’s intellectual property rights and its online infrastructure. Specialist Crafts’ director Nick Beavon says: “I am delighted to complete the acquisition of Crafty Computer Paper. It’s an extremely good fit for us thanks to its niche offering of inkjet papers, stickers and fabrics, which has seen it develop a well-established customer base.”
