Eleven plus for IOD
The Institute of Directors (IoD) West Midlands is relocating to Eleven Brindleyplace in Birmingham in June. Currently situated in Victoria Square in the city, the IoD West Midlands has selected Argent’s BREEAM ‘excellent’ scheme as its new HQ. Its regional office and hub will be based on Eleven Brindleyplace’s mezzanine level adjacent to landlord Argent’s office, with IoD members benefiting from the use of the building’s innovative Meetingspace facilities. John Rider, regional chairman for IoD West Midlands, said: “We are extremely excited about moving not only to this landmark building but also to a location which is increasingly attracting key businesses to the city."
