Grantfinder sold for £3.3m
Nottinghamshire-based Grantfinder has been bought by AIM-listed software company IDOX Group for £3.3m. Grantfinder, which had revenues of £1.6m for the year ended 30 September 2009, provides databases of government and EU funding information. Corporate partner from law firm Cobbetts, Ian Riggs, advised on the deal. He said: “This latest deal cements IDOX’s strong position in the provision of grant-related data following its acquisition of J4B last year. Like J4B, Grantfinder operates in robust, profitable markets, and the deal represents a strategic step forward for the enlarged business going forward.”
