The Hammonds team was led by corporate partner Geoff Perry assisted by corporate associate Ryan Hawley. Colin Witherall of Alsters Kelley in Leamington Spa acted for the shareholders of Expo Flora.

Insider comment:

Another ambitious business, 360° Creative Event Services sees room to grow and dominate the marketplace with its new integrated offering. Perry commented: "We are excited to be working closely with such an interesting and dynamic business as it seeks to capitalise on new opportunities.

"Having significant experience of the events sector from advising the likes of Expomedia Group, Value Added Events, Mash Media, Homebuyer Events and others, it is particularly interesting to be working with this new group that sees so clearly the opportunities that the sector has to offer. It is clear that there are growth opportunities for businesses such as 360°, with the experience, appetite and vision to broaden their service offering."
