Chord releases new space at St Paul’s
Property developer Chord has released 25,400 sq ft of new office space at its 40 St Paul’s Square scheme in the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham. The first new build office accommodation to be completed in Birmingham city centre this year is available on the ground and first floors of the mixed-use scheme. Suites from 2,500 sq ft up to whole floors of 15,795 sq ft are available, at a quoting rent of £18.50 per sq ft. Freehold packages are also being offered. GBR Property Consultants and Savills have been appointed to market the office space.
