Brauncewell Estate goes up for sale
The Brauncewell Estate near Sleaford is on the market with Savills, the international real estate advisor. The estate comprises 1,960 acres of land, woodland, several period properties, farm buildings with planning permission, barns and estate cottages. The agricultural land extends to 1,878 acres and is a mixture of Grade 2 and 3 on the land classification soil series of England and Wales. The estate also has an established shoot. The guide price for the whole estate is £13.3m and the land and properties are available as a whole or in six lots.
