Severn Trent HQ food store plan
Chase Midland Estates is to submit a planning application for a new food store on the site of the current Severn Trent Water HQ in Sheldon, Birmingham. Chase is planning to regenerate the area, on the A45 Coventry Road. Tim Haslam, director of Chase Midland Estates, said: “With supply currently outstripping demand for office space, the building is prime for redevelopment when Severn Trent vacate the building later this year.” Severn Trent’s main regional base is now in Coventry.
