DTZ gets Wednesbury Hub job
DTZ in Birmingham has won the sole agency instruction on one of the Midlands’ largest cross-docked distribution facilities to come to market in the last five years. Owned by City Link, a subsidiary of Rentokil Initial, Wednesbury Hub is available as a result of the company’s national hub consolidation into Coventry, The site on Owen/Midland Road provides a total 153,481 sq ft of distribution warehouse space, offices, vehicle maintenance unit, workshop and store, on two sites adjacent to the Black Country Route. Offers for the freehold are invited in the region of £6.75m, with possession available from summer 2010.
