James & Taylor clad all over
Cladding specialist James & Taylor has completed the cladding of the Qualifications and Curriculum Development Agency (QCDA) which has moved from London to a permanent new home in Coventry. The company has supplied 14,499 sq ft of Moeding Alphaton Terracotta rainscreen cladding in a Saffron Yellow Standard finish for the project. The building - a nine-story development in the Earlsdon Park area of Coventry - is phase one of seven and forms part of a £110m regeneration programme. This first phase is an £18m investment.
